A Coach That Understands
The Life Lessons And Experiences That Have Helped To Shape Me For The Better
My name is Paul McCabe. I have spent over 25 years building businesses, living under constant 24/7 pressure and driven by both ambition and the fear of failure.
After the many life lessons, ups and downs, I now have a passion for supporting other ambitious professionals on their journey.
Four years ago, in order for me to survive and then grow, I realised I had to create a more positive, resilient mindset built on a broader perspective on life. This has helped me become more balanced in life and more successful in business.
I am still just as ambitious but I now understand that to become successful it is not just about doing more. I have realised that it’s about taking a different approach that allows us to make better decisions.
My goal now is to share my lived experiences helping others achieve their version of success, but without losing themselves or risking their health.
Juggling the pressures of business, relationships, life, and family is not easy. I co-parent my darling daughter Estela, she is my World. However being a parent brings its own pressure but one that I welcome and am thankful for. Being a Dad has reminded me what truly matters and that financial success is just one of the many forms of success.
Diagnosed with ADHD in 2024, I also know all about the strengths and challenges of a neurodivergent mind. Over the years I have had to overcome my own mental health and life challenges that I have faced has not just given me the experience but also the empathy to now help others.
We all need and love money but with the right mindset and support we dont have to achieve financial success at the expense of our health, happiness or life balance.
My Experience in Relationship Building
Successful relationships in business & life are nurtured and created from human connection.

right relationships to then grow your business.
The Hidden Costs of Success
In life, I have had many achievements, but it has been filled with difficult moments with me overcoming many bumps and challenges. None of us welcomes our difficult moments but they often offer the most valuable life lessons and opportunities for self-growth. Two years ago, after constantly being mentally burnt out for a number of years, I realised I desperately needed a reset. A combination of business, loss of my father, divorce and having to relocate to co-parent meant I was at a crossroads in my life.
I questioned how I viewed ‘success’ and what it meant to me. I started spending time with people who had a similar outlook on life and I tried new things to help me push through my comfort zone. Two years later and thanks to a new, improved mindset and life changing experiences taken from travelling to places such as Peru and driving the iconic Route 66 in the USA, I could finally step back and breathe.
I am still the same me, still as ambitious as ever but I have found a greater sense of purpose that now includes supporting others as a coach and sounding board to help with the avoidable mistakes in life and acheive their own version of success. Many good people have helped me and now I want to share my experiences I have picked up along the way on this white-knuckle Rollercoaster ride called ‘Life’.
